I also contacted customer service about available colors, and they responded by offering to send samples for a small fee to cover postage/handling. The steps arrived very quickly and is of very high quality in both materials and design. My dogs immediately began to use this sturdy piece of furniture, and it has turned out to be a perfect solution to our problem. I would not hesitate to use this merchant again. Sincerely Ms. Beck Item:Dog Steps Our puppy loves these stairs and they are high enough for her to get on our bed easily. Having the storage space and alternative colors is also nice. The only downside is that the carpet is not removable, so once that wears out the stairs will need to be replaced or recovered. They are bigger than other pet steps also. They are heavy enough that the wheels are a good idea if you have to move them a lot, but we have yet to move them since we got them. Very quick delivery - excellent product.
